Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Junk Scrunchies, all our jewelry and accessories are handmade with care and made-to-order.
No Refund/No Return Policy:
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges
- No cash refunds are provided
- All sales are final
Cancellation Policy:
Within 24 Hours of Order:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- Cancelled amount will be issued as STORE CREDIT
- Store credit is valid for 90 days from issue date
- Store credit can be used for future purchases
After 24 Hours:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
- No refund or store credit will be provided
Store Credit Policy:
- Store credit will be issued to your account
- Can be used on any future purchase
- No minimum purchase required to use store credit
- Store credit is non-transferable
- Valid for 90 days from issue date
Exceptions - Damaged or Defective Items Only:
We will offer replacement ONLY if:
- Item arrives damaged during shipping (report within 48 hours with unboxing video)
- Item has manufacturing defects (report within 48 hours with photos)
- Wrong item was sent
In such cases:
1. Contact us at contact@junkscrunchies.in within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide clear photos or unboxing video of the issue
3. We will verify and send a replacement at no extra cost
Not Eligible for Replacement:
- Slight variations in handmade items (each piece is unique and not considered defects)
- Color variations due to screen settings or lighting
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Custom or personalized orders

Every piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
